The recently joining ''leaders'' announced their membership in a press conference in Islamabad on Monday. The newcomers are five sitting MPs Jehangir Khan Tareen, Awais Ahmed Khan Leghari, Jaffar Khan Leghari, Jamal Khan Laghari (Senator), Mir Mohabat Khan Marri (Senator) and former Federal Ministers Ishaq Khan Khakwani, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Sikandar Hayat Bosan and others. Most of the newcomers were from PML-Q and federal and provincial ministers of Musharaf era and five of them are sitting MPAs.

Media reports said that the delay in their joining to PTI occurred because they were forcing Imran to forge an alliance with their political group. They have also suggested the names to PTI chief of their proposed political party like ‘Pakistan Justice and Development Party’ or Adal-e-Masawat’, said a senior PTI leader.

The politicians told media that they have joined the PTI to save the country from mismanagement, plunder, price hike and unemployment and bring a positive change in the life of the people. They were to form a new party but they did not form their own political party because they found the PTI representative of their ideology, talking to press conference in Islamabad on Monday.

He disclosed that many PML-N and PPP leaders were ready to join the party but were afraid of political victimization. They are defecting from their old parties because they have rejected hereditary politics. PTI has provided an opportunity to the politicians and the people to get rid of two party system and people were joining him unconditionally. The PTI is not a club, it is an ocean having capacity to accommodate all".

Newcomers to PTI:
Recently former Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) leader, Shabbir Jokhio along with supporters from Memon Goth in Gadap Town crossed over to PTI. The move came after several meetings with the PTI leadership in Sindh. Air Marshal (Retd) Asghar Khan, who was heading Pakistan Tehrik-e-Istaqlal, also joined the PTI.

Political Parties of Pakistan, Family Mafia's:
As stated above the politicians of the newcomers are from Pakistan other political parties, Imran Khan blames the parties for corruption and injustice in Pakistan. Khan says that these are not political parties but they are ''Family Mafia's''. He says that we want to stop the politics of sons and brothers. PML-N is in government for several years but their rulers come only from "Sharif" family while they have few best politicians like Chaudhry Nisar and Javed Hashmi. PPP made Bilawal a young boy, son of Benazir Bhottu, the party chairman who doesn't know about Pakistan.

Key role in the raising and popularity of PTI:
Few politicians blamed Imran Khan and its party to be supported back by the intelligence agencies of Pakistan, ISI and others. But Imran Khan rejects all such blames. He says that several foreign institutions made surveys about him and his parties which show the results that he is 75% plus most popular politicians and PTI political party of Pakistan.

Now the question is that what is the behind strategy of the popularity of him and his party? Imran Khan says himself that the media especially electronic media of Pakistan plays key role in the whole phenomena. He accepts that we have a very modern and independent media which takes PTI on top.
