Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf - PTI (Movement for Justice) will make possible a historic rally in Karachi. On sunday 25 December about 250 thousand people had came from all over the Pakistan and attended the rally (Jalsa) which PTI and its members called "Unity Rally"

All roads in the port city of Karachi near the rally venue were jammed for more than 10 hours, and hundreds of thousands of people waved party flags when the former Pakistan cricket captain arrived. People welcomed Makhdoom Javed Hashmi who recently left another big party Pakistan Muslim League N (PML-N) joining PTI. Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Quraishi was another big politician who has came from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and joined PTI.
Addressing the crowd at the Quaid’s Mausoleum, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf Chief Imran Khan signaled that his party’s tsunami was reaching new heights, on its way to fulfilling his dream of forming the government.
“I promise to all you people that we'll make a new and respectable Pakistan. Join me to achieve this goal" he added, “I have been an honest cricketer who never fixed a match. I promise you that I'll never fix a match either during my political career."
“When I saw Tsunami in Lahore, I thought to myself it will be very difficult to top this. But today, I congratulate the people of Karachi, because they beat the [October 30] rally." He said warmly welcome to Makhdoom Javed Hashmi and all others who were attending. But the most interesting thing saying welcome to the crowd was that he said special welcomes to a poor man who had came from a very distant area D.G. Khan to attend the rally. Imran Khan personally introduced the man to the crowd "He is Zulfiqar Ali who financed his trip by selling his mobile phone!”
“I would tell Nawaz Sharif that if he wants to play a 10-over match, he should do it quickly or he might not find the players to select his team. I also wanted to play a cricket match with Asif Zardari, but he is now retired hurt,” he said.
“The Quaid wanted Pakistan to be an Islamic welfare state, and I will make it possible” Khan said. He said that at the age of 18 he went to Britain and understood what a welfare state is.

“Once we are in power, we'll end corruption in 90 days. My party has zero tolerance for corruption and corrupt people,” he said, calling his campaign “a good tsunami that will destroy injustice and corruption”. Khan said, "We will break the begging bowl forever"
