Imran Khan - Assets declaration and Jemima's clarification.

Previous day on 4 December Imran Khan declared his assets in a press conference before media. But soon the PML-N and other politicians came on media and rejected the Khan's declaration. Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan called upon PTI Chairman Imran Khan on
Sunday to make public all his actual assets and rejected the declaration made by him.

But when Khan's ex-wife Jemima Khan tweeted on him, it created big confusion. The tweets are the following
No, I didn't give him a London flat either. He owned a flat in London when we met, which he bought with his cricket earnings.
Imran took no money from me. Neither will he be taking money from Pakistan, unlike those that started these rumours.
In other words- He ended with all the disadvantages of marrying someone with money (smears, innuendo, envy) with none of the advantages.
After the Jemima's tweets Pakistani media picked up it as breaking news and called on other politicians on phone to comment. As usual they spoke rubbish against Imran Khan and his past. But finally Jemima tweeted more and clarified the issue.
Can't believe we're divorced and I'm STILL Imran's Achilles' heel. He has faults but greed is not one of them, unlike many in Pak politics.
This is my last clarification- Imran did not lie. I initially paid the money for our home till he sold his flat & then paid me back.
I loaned him money in 2003 but he gave it all back to me when he sold his London flat, in order to pay for his house outside Islamabad

Imran Khan is the first Pakistani politician declared his assets before media and asked other politicians to make public the details of their assets too. He told to media that unless politicians declares, the corruption and tax evasion would continue and Pakistan wouldn't be corruption free stat.

Imran Khan is the most popular politician in Pakistan, having 75% popularity, according to the surveys. He is supported by youths totally. and now he is considered the only "hope of Pakistan".
