In 2004 she became the world youngest MCP -  Microsoft Certified Professional. She went to Microsoft headquarters to meet Bill Gates. When she became the world youngest MCP, she got attention world wide. She was now famous and international media person were also interested to write about her and meet her.

She was so much talented and intellectual young Pakistani girl. She won many awards and became a national pride. She was then attending morning shows and other TV shows, as media gave her a lot of tribute and encourage her every time.

Arfa Karim was the most famous child personality in Pakistan and media persons, TV channels, political leader, government officials and other social activists were meeting her daily.

She was a good player, social activist and IT engineer at very young age. She also had interest in poetry and singing.

But Arfa Karim Randhawa suffered from cardiac arrest after an epileptic seizure on December 22, 2011 and was admitted to Lahore's Combined Medical Hospital (CMH) in critical condition. People were praying  asking God for her life. But finally she kicked the bucket and left millions sad hearts. Pakistan lost another great pride of course.
